Week 2 Goal

Happy Monday readers! (Is there anyone out there?) I hope everyone had a fun and fit weekend! Although I didn't get in a lot of "real" working out, I certainly got to chase my little monsters around a lot. That counts, right?

Week #2 Goal:
1)Get at least 10 miles of running in this week
2)Add a new workout move to the blog every week
